Previously known as the Bay of Fires Winery, in October 2023 the Vineyard, Winery and Cellar Door became part of the family owned Handpicked Wine label as the ongoing home to the flagship sparkling wine label House of Arras as well as showcasing the Tasmanian wines curated and organically produced by Handpicked Wines from their Tamar Valley Vineyard sites.
Our Cellar Door in Pipers River continues to offer a range of educational classroom style tasting experiences ranging between 45-90 minutes available to book online.
We take pride in the depth of detail we show to all things Tasmania and Terroir in this classroom style tasting as we showcase our beloved wines across a number of tasting experiences and masterclasses.

This vineyard participates in the Tamar Valley Mixed Dozen freight scheme.
Collect wine on your travels and present your purchased bottles (in dozen lots) at the last vineyard on your journey – they’ll let you know the cost of freight and it will be sent to your home address.
